The method behind the guidance isn't a belief system. It's been studied.

Guidance works because honest conversation and accountability work. That part doesn't need a citation. But Yoga Nidra, the method I use to make that guidance land, has a real and growing body of clinical research behind it. Here's some of what's currently published:

Background

Why I guide this way, and why I take the science seriously.

I spent years in sales training, coaching and personal training before this became the centre of the work. That path matters: I understand performance and pressure from the inside, which is exactly why I don't dress up guidance or rest as a performance either.

My foundation is in coaching, built on with years of further study in Yoga Nidra, breathwork and bodywork. I'd rather build this slowly and properly than market it before it's earned.

It always starts with an ordinary conversation, not a form. First we check whether there's a click between us. If that feels right, we plan a fuller intake, and I get to know you step by step: not just what's going on now, but where it's coming from.

It always starts with a personal introduction, by phone or online. Not a form, but a real conversation in which we get to know each other, on both sides.

  1. The introductionA personal meeting, by phone or online. Getting to know each other on both sides, with no pressure and no obligation.
  2. The intakeThen comes a fuller intake. Together we build a kind of biography of you, and during that conversation the themes that matter to you surface on their own.
  3. I hear, feel and see what's neededAfter the introduction I sense what's playing out and which themes we can look at. I can see, as it were, where the emotions sit and how they relate to one another.
  4. Together we decide what you needFrom there we discuss together what you need. Most people already experience these conversations as deeply clarifying.
  5. From there we go deeperStep by step we go deeper, drawing on psychotherapy, practical psychology, life-span psychology and NEI.
