This is happening now, but it actually began when I was seven, or fourteen, or somewhere in my twenties.
Old patterns often resurface later in life, sometimes out of nowhere. In conversation, we find out together where that comes from, and what you need around it. Sometimes that's talking. Sometimes breathwork, or Yoga Nidra. The core stays the same: a place safe enough for your body to truly relax.
Feeling comfortable. Feeling trusted. Feeling seen and heard. Those are the things that actually calm a nervous system. Without that, no technique works.
